DanielZee: Message from the cache owner.
Alas, we no longer live in the UK.
As much as would love a walk in the New Forest and a pint or two at the Red Shoot, this geocache is now history. This does make me a bit sad, getting an occasional reminder of this great spot was very nice.
Should anyone want to put a new cache in this spot: the cache has been found downstream a few times during winters. I assume that with heavy winter rain, the water in the creek actually rises much further than you'd expect.
Maybe the cache is floating somewhere in the Atlantic ocean right now :-)
