Inđija is a town and a municipality located in the region of Syrmia, the province of Vojvodina. It is located on the south side of Fruska gora, midway between Belgrade and Novi Sad. Name of the town is an archaic Serbian name for India.
To come here from Belgrade you have to pass Batajnica, Nova Pazova and Stara Pazova. Route is about 40km long, without big climb. It could be convenient destination for cycling, but traffic is heavy and a road isn’t in good shape. Because of this I rarely ride here, except when I have good reason, like geocaching. :)
