A moderate size cache at the end of the bike trail and near the Visitor Center for the National Wildlife Refuge.
The bike trail at the Virginia Eastern Shore National Wildlife Refuge was finished in 2011 and adds a new dimension to exploring this natural paradise. The trail runs about 2.5 miles, running from the refuge to Kiptopeake State Park. The Visitor Center is close by, take some time to learn about the bird migrations that occur annually and bring thousands of songbirds and raptors to this area.
The hide hidden pretty well. The refuge has been shy about having caches in the past, so please respect the area. Please do not deface the structure in any way. You don't have to do any bushwhacking.
This cache was placed with special permission and direction from VA NWR. please obey all park rules and regulations while you enjoy your visit.
