A micro cache at Spokane Bay trailhead
A Micro cache placed at the BLM's Spokane Bay trailhead off of Keir Lane.
This is the beginning of a nice 1.2 mile hike along a somewhat challenging trail down to a bay on Hauser Lake. This is a Shale and gravel trail above the McMaster Ranch for 1/2 of the hike involving short ups and downs and cuts along a fairly steep hillside. The Last half is flat along an old road, down to the bay and the lake. The end of the trail is a developed Campground on the lake equipped with fire rings, Outhouse and boat dock, as well as fire fighting equipment. The campground can only be reached by foot or boat.
