Jellowasright: This one has to go! Turns out the lady at this welcome has been taking the caches, hence why it was missing. A fellow cacher went after this one today, and she was really rude to him and stated that caches are not allowed to TDOT property. I don't understand because there are caches at every rest area. Oh well. Thanks for all who found this one! I'll work out something new soon!
