Geocache Description:

Photobucket

Park your car, find the stairs and begin your journey! Don't forget to stop and enjoy the view on your way.

This is our 3rd KFC cache! If this is your first one, KFC stands for 'Kid Friendly Cache'. This cache is a large ammo can hidden not to far off the trail, hidden from muggles but easily spotted by cachers of all ages.

We chose to hide this KFC by the lake in honour of our baby cachers 5th official word! His first 4 words were: 'Hi', 'Daddy', 'Mommy' & 'Car'. His 5th word was discovered at the Shamrocks event a few weeks ago. We picked up a TB that was a duck! (Actually it was a platypus, but we thought that duck would be easier to say.)

Owen fell in love with his new duck and started saying the word 'Duck'... soon to be followed by 'Quack, quack'. This has made bath time a lot of fun. Perry the TB has made it into this cache - we thought that would be a fitting good-bye.

Anyways, we thought that we should make a KFC for the ducks and put it near a pond... so we did! Have fun on the trail - if you see this old man, you are on the right track.

Baby cacher enjoyed placing this cache for lots of kids and kids at heart to find, although by the end of our journey, he was fast asleep!

Happy Caching everyone!

PLEASE NOTE - some of the trails get close to the water's edge, and some rocky drops, so be careful if you have little cachers with you.
