Welcome to Cedar Ave. To the west of this location is the Cedar Springs Fish Hatchery which is administered by the fish hatchery located in Caledonia NY. Unlike other fish hatcheries that are located in NY, I don't think this one is open to the public.
The cache you are searching for is a small lock-n-lock container with a few items to start with for the kids to trade for. There should be plenty of room for small track-able items.
I call this cache "Slow Down for the Speed Trap" because as you are traveling east on the Thruway there is a speed trap about 1/4 mile east of here. I always keep an eye out for this circle because I know I need to slow down, just a little, for the speed trap ahead. This cache is not accessible from Rt 90.
