This cache is placed for the Moose Pancake 2012 Event. There is parking at the entrance to the Kaw River Park and a hike of about 2/10 mile is required through a prairie like area. There is thick shrubbery surrounding the cache location and bushwhacking is required. There could be ticks and snakes. There is a pond nearby with a very nice bench to rest and enjoy the scenery.
