Geocache Description:

Lincoln Goodale (1782–1868) was the first doctor to live in Columbus. He was a great benefactor to the city and his legacy includes this large parcel of land that today is known as Goodale Park. His likeness in the form of a large bronze bust watches over the park. This cache is located near the monument. Please take time to read the plaque attached to the monument while you are here!

Please note that there is free 2-hour parking inside the park, be sure to enter the park on the eastern side for access. There is a parking waypoint attached to this listing.

This is a city park, so no night caching!

The container does not come free from where it is attached, just remove the cap to access the log. You might need some tweezers to extract the log, and be sure to bring your own writing utensil!
