A quick puzzle cache, solve some simple math. You will be looking for a Peanut Butter Jar, in an industrial park in Brunswick. Looks like it's okay to park on the street. Potential with the grass and woods to have ticks in the area in the warm months. Also a potential for poison ivy as with any wooded area.
The above coordinates will take you to the general area, but I would suggest you park closer to the the coordinates that you figure out from the math below. A picture looking towards the caching area has been provided to help make sure you are in the correct area.
