vincent1960: I have decided to archive this whole series as extensive works are being carried out and many of the cache areas have been destroyed. I hope to set another series when the work is finished.

This cache is slightly larger than a film canister,in a camo bag, with a log book but no writing implement. Please bring a pen/pencil with you.
Situated near a pond which has loads of frogspawn in at the right time of the year, which is sited by the side of the disused Rhondda Fach railway line, which used to carry the coal from Maerdy colliery to Cardiff docks.
The pond has recenly been remodelled and will look stunning when it has all settled down and the plants and wildlife returned.
Don't forget to bring a pen.
