Z30: There's Your Sign Traditional Cache

We are placing a series of 30 caches in honor of my brother, Ziggy606's 30th Bday! In honor of all the good times we have had growing up in and around L.O. We decided to put out a series of caches at many of the places we frequented together or are of significance in his life. Some will have an explanation as to why we placed it there and others will not (however Ziggy will know why).
After attending OCC and CMU, Ziggy decided to go back to school for Marketing.
Stealth will be required here, be mindful of the time you seek this cache as it could up the difficulty.
