About the Event:
This event is being held in conjunction with over 310 other World Wide Flash Mob (WWFM) events that will be held simultaneously around the world. (Really, check out the list of events!) Come be a part of a worldwide caching event, with potentially thousands of participants!
You've heard of mega-events? This is quite the opposite in a variety of ways. The event will last exactly 15 minutes, not one second longer. The event will begin PRECISELY at 12:00 pm (NOON, Tasia) Central Time (by using the clock on GPS receivers) on Saturday 09 June 2012.
The event will be held at Municipal Park, off Warrior Drive in Alabaster -- the nearest current cache is "Joey's Fullback Cache, GC16QM8." There is a playground nearby for the younger cachers to enjoy!
12:00 PM - Log sheet will be passed around. Bring your own writing instrument.
Mix and Mingle with other cachers!
12:13 PM - Assemble for and take group photo.
12:14 PM - One minute warning is called "It is now 12:14!" Prepare to leave.
12:15 PM - LEAVE the area!
