Geocache Description:

A nice, easy two-part multi, in English Hill State Forest. You might hear a banjo or two strummin', as this SF seems to be on the northern edge of Banjo country.....Don't let that scare you off though, the whole cache is laid out in a VERY open section of woods, which must have been logged off in the past few years.

While you COULD probably start this off Walbridge Rd, I wouldn't suggest it, and that you use the Parking Coords instead. The 1st waypoint is close to private property, and there is a residence where you would beeline in from Walbridge.
The Forest road in to the parking coords is really nicely maintained. Virtually NO potholes. Surprisingly its in much better condition than some of the dirt town roads you may travel in the area.
The Private property boundaries are clearly and well marked, and the lines run pretty straight.

From the parking coords, you'll see a small plot of freshly cleared area in front of you. Go toward the "logging" road to your right, NOT the one with the gate. It will probably be best to beeline through the woods to part one immediately, as the "logging" road curves around, away from the 1st waypoint, and it is nothing but a muddy, wet mess anyway.

I debated on rating the terrain a 2.5, but since it IS almost a 1.5mile round trip to do this cache, and there IS an easily walked, but long slope, I decided to rate it a 3.

Both hides are pretty straight-forward, simple and easy.
The 1st waypoint is a matchstick container containing coords to the final. The final is a 30cal ammo can.

There is a small, folding multi-tool for FTF.

This is a bonus part of the beehive challenge series. If you are participating in the challenge, please indicate what number you logged in at, both in the logbook, and in your online log, to get your proper points.
