Going for a walk in the Pines is a series I started to encourage other to start walking! I consider myself to be in pretty good shape until I went for a physical. For the most part my doctor said I was, in fact, in pretty good shape BUT... why do they always have to put their BUT in the conversation! My triglycerides were elevated and he told me it was due to my gut (is that a nice way to say I'm fat). So I began walking and biking, plus taking an MMAC Fit class once a week (talk about butt kicking). Along the way I thought, why not hide some caches throughout the path and encourage others to walk with me! This cache is a bison tube that is relatively close to your star point - the only place to park in the area. This cache might be a little difficult depending upon rain and water level this is why I made it a 2.5 for terrain. Be sure to tuck the cache back into its hiding spot. Bring your own pen for this series.
