Geocache Description:

As with all water/woods caches: Please be wary of Poison Ivy and Snakes!! I didn't see any snakes but I did see a little Poison Ivy.

This cache was designed with families in mind. You can get and find each stage without solving the pirate riddles. However they should make it easier on you once you get to the coordinates.

Your adventure begins at the posted coordinates which is where you will put your non/gasoline powered watercraft in. You can expect about 1 mile total of paddling with minimal on land traveling.

Pirate's Cove Treasure

Stage 1: The Ferryman's Mark - You can get to the first stage by looking at the Pirate Treasure Clues above or travel to N34 32.845 W083 58.380. There is no container here. You must be in a boat to see the information. The Ferryman left his mark so only true Navigators could find the Phoenix Tree.

Stage 2: The Phoenix Tree
N34 32. NNN

What you seek is within 10 feet of the shoreline. You will have to be out of your boat.

Stage 3: The Plank - What you seek is within 10 feet either way of the plank. No need to get out of your boat.

Final: The Saintly Tree - Short walk in the woods.
