Geocache Description:

This Puzzle Cache will take you on a very short walk near the base of the mountain to gather information for the final.

To solve this puzzle cache, go to each of the following coords, gather the information to find the final coords. You'll use:

N 42 AB.CDE

W 073 FG.HIJ

RP 1: Start at N 42 25.132
W 073 16.599
You are standing in front of the trail and information sign for the ski area. You’ll need to find the number for the Yokun Slope and add to that the number for the Upper Jewett. The answer is AB.

Looking at the same sign, find the number for the Lower Beeline. The answer is CD.

At the same location, there are trees surrounding the sign. All are about the same height and type. Add 2 to the number of trees. The answer is E.


RP 2: Go to N 42 25.114
W 073 16.596
You are now near the playground area. Count the total number of round portholes you see in the pirate ship. Multiply that number by 4, your answer is FG.

At the same location, turn around, look across the parking lot towards the zip line. There are two sets of tires hanging in the air; the lower set has 5 tires. Count the number of tires in the upper set and add 1; your answer is H.

RP 3: Go to N 42 25.128
W 073 16.544
You should be standing near a set of stairs that lead up to the first level of Adventure Park. There is a plate that is attatched to the side of the staircase that has a 5-digit US Amusement ID number on it. Take the last digit of the number and subtract 4. The answer is I.

At the same spot, count the number of steps that lead to the first platform. Subtract 10 from that number. Your answer is J.

Now you're ready to find the final!
