En esta zona podemos dar un agradable paseo admirando los antiguos edificios del CIM, que se han rehabilitado para ser utilizados por la Universidad Politécnica o como Museo Naval, la cola de ballena, el antiguo Club de Regatas o la escultura El zulo.
