RGC - Empty lot with decoys! Traditional Cache

xxxsparkmanxxx: It would seem that this is no longer an empty lot. Budget rental trucks are blocking all avenues of approach to the cache and decoys. I was able to crawl back via the underside of one truck and remove the containers. Too bad!

Geocache Description:

Cache in an empty lot

Plenty of parking with low muggle factor.
Bring an extraction tool. Lots of decoys at this one, are you ready for the challenge? Will this one get a color of red to sign the log? This is an evil hide & has taken over an hour to locate. There will be no hints given, but this is trully fun to look for.
I borrowed the idea from a cache in California. Could this be unique here?

Don't be afraid to post a DNF or write a note on the log for trying.
