The university (UWRF) owned land on which the River Falls High School has been built. The River Falls school district purchased land in the Mann Valley just south of MM. These two pieces of land were swapped. Since the university now owned the land south of MM gained in that swap, developers who owned land west of South Glover Road approached the university to trade land west of Lab Farm 2 on Glover road for that south of MM. The university therefore, owns land east and west of So. Glover Rd. From up on the hill one can see a great view of the Mann Valley. To borrow the title of an old song "I've looked (at this scenery) from both sides now".
Permission to place this cache was given by Bill Connolly, Director of Laboratory Farms, UWRF, contingent upon cachers parking on the paved road and not driving onto the field road.
