Lathrop State Park's 1st Geocaching Event
Participant sign in at Lathrop State Park Visitor Center anytime between at 9:00AM and 11:00AM.
· Upon sign in, participants will pull a set of coordinates out of the fishbowl. There are 25 temporary caches setup for this event. Some of these are very easy, others will take more of a hike to find.
Note: There a several other "official" geocaches of various D/T ratings in the park as well and an Earthcache, too.
· Participants will find assigned temporary geocache and remove the numbered token from inside.
· Participants will bring numbered token back to the visitor center by 11:45PM.
· Numbered tokens will be entered into a drawing to be held around 12:00PM
· The first 50 numbers pulled from the raffle will win a prize (50th anniversary commemorative coin).
