We don't know what this field is called but we thought "Brick Kiln Meadow" fitted; hence the name of the cache.
To obtain the exact coordinates of the cache, you will need to walk the HOOP stretch leading to the end of Brick Kiln Lane where it meets Gosmore Road from the published coordinates.
As you walk along Blackhorse Lane and Newlands Lane you should keep your eyes open for the locations pictured below. Identify the landmarks and then note the number that has been obscured by the geocaching logo. (Ignore any prefix or suffix letters.) The pictures and letters should be encountered sequentially and the first one is within just a few metres of the published coordinates. (Apologies if you are walking the HOOP in the other direction.)

The cache can be found at:
N 51 56.(A+C+E+F+G-2) W 000 16.(B-D-H-J-K-E+9)
Please Note:
- The whole route can be travelled with pushchair or wheelchair, but the 'off-pavement' sections make it inadvisable. The cache cannot be retrieved seated in a chair at GZ.
- You do not need to enter private property or stray very far from the route to spot these numbers. Stay legal and safe at all times.
- The footpath disappears in a few places and you need to walk along the roadside. Please take great care of traffic; especially when crossing the main road between Blackhorse Lane and Newlands Lane.
- Don't attempt this cache at night due to the absence of a footpath in places; and also the use of torches in a residential area could be disturbing for locals.
- For 6 months of the year you will need your Nettle Protection Kit (long sleeves, long trousers and gloves) and this accounts for one of the two Terrain stars.
- The photographs were checked and updated in May 2022, but over time you may need to make allowances for seasonal adjustments (but that just adds to the fun).
