Enjoy the Hazard Arboretum. Tradens basta van. Park on Elm Street and WALK into the Arboretum, do NOT drive, please. Replaced and moved slightly on 9/1/15; my apologies to those who were frustrated, but hope you enjoyed the arboretum.
