The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates, but between April and October you may be able to see modern cruise liners coming and going from Victoria from this spot.
To find the cache, you're going to have to answer some questions about maritime safety. Some relate to safety practices in place at the time of the disaster, and some relate to changes made to help prevent such a tragedy from happening in the future.
