LOTR #20 - Eye of Sauron Mystery Cache

Final cache in the Lord of the Rings series. You will need the clues from the first 16 caches in order to find this one. You do not need to do the others in any particular order, however the numbering scheme follows the progression of the story. See the Introduction and Helpful Info pade for more details on the series. There is a small prize for the FTF and the STF.

After braving many dangers, solving many puzzles, and making several narrow escapes, you now find yourself in the Land of Shadow at the feet of Mt. Doom. There you will discover a wooden stake in the ground near a stump with a small container attached. Start by checking the note and contents of the container.

The eye of Sauron is always vigilant, keeping watch over his dark kingdom. The evil eye casts confusion over all those who seek to get near his cache, causing them to wander in circles in search of it, without ever realizing it's true evil nature. Not all who seek this cache will find it. After all, Sauron himself placed this cache and will guard it at all costs.

In the land of Mordor where the Shadows lie, things may be even more evil than they first seem...
