This cache is placed at Kirkby Green ford. Probably best done as a drive-by or on a bike at the moment due to scarcity of footpaths and other caches in the immediate area. A pair of tweezers may prove useful here.
The ford is situated just on the way out of Kirkby Green on the road to Rowston. There is a parking spot just across the road from the cache, or more permanent parking is available on the roadside toward Kirkby Green itself.
Care will need to be taken if bringing younger cachers due to running water and occasional traffic approaching and going through the ford. Children may be able to paddle here in the summer, just away from the road.
