Geocache Description:

Sears Island

Wassumkeag. Now called Sears Island. THERE IS A SIGN NEARBY WARNING OF A WELL THAT IS JUST OFF THE TRAIL. Please watch young children if they are caching with you. This cache is located off of the Homestead Trail and is maintained by the Friends Of Sears Island group. Stop at the kiosk at the start of the island for a map and to see the current activities. This is a loc-n-loc within 100 feet of the trail.
