Short walk down a gravel road. Not on the fence. Not a micro. Not too terribly hard. Ground zero is ground level.
Who says geocachers aren't dedicated? trpnat420 got the FTF within minutes of this being published. At around 10 Pm at night! I've been down there at night. Its scary! Way to go, TrpNAt420. I am quite impressed.
