Some people just have the luck of needing maintenance done on caches placed for them. Luckily, Tzinny is a good sport and is willing to help out & perform needed maintenance. Some examples of caches placed for him, which he has done maintenance on include:

Tzinny is not only generally prepared to do maintenance on caches and often kindly does so, but given his stellar organizational skills, he often corresponds in advance with cache owners to check about the maintenance run he's about to do.

Now, on to the puzzle:
Quite frankly, given how much Tzinny works, it's amazing he has found the energy and the time to cache at all. As an example of all the work attorneys do, a friend of mine who works for a large downtown law firm showed me her weekly planner; I was so impressed by the amount of work she puts in, that we thought it would be a fitting puzzle for Tzinny, who has made some pretty good puzzles himself.
