While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for the cache owner and block other cachers from placing a cache in the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can’t do so forever.

Nothing seems to happen with this cache listing, so it is now archived, so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location. Also, if it hasn’t been done already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.

If the owner wants it reopened, send me an e-mail and I’ll be happy to unarchive the cache listing if it still satisfies the requirement/guidelines.

Geocache Description:

N: Cachen er en liten plastboks, opprinnelig inneholdende log i ziplock, blyanter, en lekebil, en Lego mini-figur, og noen utenlandske småmynter. Pass på at boksen forblir bra skjult.

E: The cache is a small plastic box, originally containing log i ziplock bag, pencils, a small toy car, a Lego mini-figure, and some small foreign coins. Make sure the cache remains reasonably well hidden.

N: Devlebukta er en strand mange går forbi. Men det er en fin lang strand som er vel verdt et besøk. Opprinnelig steinstrand, men nå med mye sand. Picnic-bord finnes også. Fin utsikt over fjorden mot nord-øst, og som sagt: brukbare odds for å ha stranda for seg selv en stund, eller i alle fall ikke overfylt. Parkeringsplass på avstikker fra Jørgen B. Lysholmsvei noen hundre meter fra stranden, men triveligere ankomst langs Ladestien, for eksempel fra Rotvollfjæra, Leangbukta eller Ringvebukta. Bak stranda går stien opp over en høy bergknaus.

E: Devlebukta (nothing to do with the devil...) is a beach that many just pass by. But it's a long, nice and comparatively secluded beach well worth a visit. Originally a stony beach, now with sand added. Picnic tables and a nice view to the north-east. Reasonable odds for the beach not to be overcrowded and maybe even for being the sole visitors. Parking down from Jørgen B. Lysholms vei, but it's nicer to arrive by the Ladestien trail, for instance from Rotvollfjæra, Leangbukta or Ringvebukta. Behind the beach the trail ascends up on a hill.
