Geocache Description:

This bridge over Doe River was built early in 1882 at a cost to the county of $3000 for the bridge and $300 for approaches. The site was chosen by J.J. McCorkle, Wiley Christian and H.M. Rentfro. This is the first in a small series of the "WalkingTour" in Elizabethton.

Always bring an extraction tool in case you need one.

Please be careful retrieving this one since it is a busy place at times.

Thank You for hunting my caches!!
