Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. Only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ can unarchive caches. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if the cache meets the current Geocaching Guidelines.
If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived.

El Puente al futuro
Este puente es utilizado a diario por cientos de estudiantes. Ha sido utilizado para manifestar protestas de estudiantes. ( Aqui es donde va el Copy :P ) La Universidad de Puerto Rico en Ponce se inauguró el 23 de agosto de 1970, en consonancia con la Ley 75 del 19 de junio de 1961. Su facultad inicial fue de 24 profesores y 361 estudiantes, provenientes de los diferentes municipios de la Región Sur de Puerto Rico. Se matricularon en cursos técnicos de Contabilidad, Ciencias de Computadoras, Delineación Arquitectónica, Gerencia Comercial, Gerencia Industrial, Refrigeración y Acondicionador de Aire, Tecnología en Ingeniería Civil, Terapia Física, Terapia Ocupacional, y en los programas correspondientes a los primeros años de Bachillerato en Artes o Ciencias.
This bridge is used daily by hundreds of students. It has been used to demonstrate student protests.

The University of Puerto Rico in Ponce was inaugurated on August 23, 1970, in accordance with Law 75 of June 19, 1961. His initial faculty was 24 teachers and 361 students from the different municipalities of the Southern Region of Puerto Rico. Enrolled in technical courses in Accounting, Computer Science, Architectural Delineation, Commercial Management, Industrial Management, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Civil Engineering Technology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and programs for the early years of Bachelor Arts and Sciences.
