Geocache Description:

This cache has plenty of parking nearby and is easily accesable by anyone

This cache is close the the pavement and what you are looking for is a cache the size of two bottle caps covered in duck tape. to open twist it and inside is a logbook, a welcome note, and a pencil. Once opened pull the black tag and replace the log book back so the tag is facing up
