Phoenix Park is a small, relatively new park with plans for tennis courts, playground, picnic area.
This park is behind a local shopping area and the wetlands are really here to handle run off and drainage. Trails are paved and I believe stroller and wheelchair accessible. A pavilion is being built. It is a lovely small oasis.
