Something Smells Funny Traditional Cache

Outside of a water treatment facility on town land. It is NOT inside the gates so there is no need to go into the facility if the gate is open. There is a small gravel parking area outside the gate.
Need to cross a small ditch and go toward a treed area. Very simple terrain and the cache is low to the ground, maybe a foot up at most.
The cache is a rectangular locking lid food container painted black. Inside are a ziplock bag with logbook/cache note and pencil, as well as many tradeables.
