At the posted coords you will see a sign near the road (no need to go in road). Once at the sign you will need to do some easy math. Take Mr. Hatton's birth year and subtract 768 that will equal ABC for the north coords. Now take the third year on the sign and subtract 401 that will equal DEF for the west coords. The final container is located at N 43 04.ABC W 086 13.DEF (you will only need the last 3 digits after the math is done)
