The cache is a small plastic conteiner with logbook, pencil, declaration Gr-En, and some trades. The accuracy of my GPS was +-3m, but easy to find
A short distance from Veria is the dam of Aliakmona The Aliakmonas is the longest river in Greece (about 322 km) that arise from within the Greek borders.
The landscape in the dam is very beautiful, especially during the summer months, with the beautiful contrast of the blue river with the green of the surrounding area. On both banks of the river, across the bridge.

Σε μικρή απόσταση από τη Βέροια βρίσκεται το φράγμα του Αλιάκμονα. Ο Αλιάκμονας είναι το μεγαλύτερο σε μήκος ποτάμι της Ελλάδας (περίπου 322 χιλιόμετρα) που πηγάζει εντός των ελληνικών συνόρων .
Το τοπίο στο φράγμα είναι πολύ όμορφο, ιδιαίτερα τους καλοκαιρινούς μήνες, με την όμορφη αντίθεση του γαλάζιου του ποταμού με το πράσινο της γύρω περιοχής. Στις δύο όχθες του ποταμού, εκατέρωθεν της γέφυρας.
