The original co-ordinates seem to have been a bit off and local GPS reception a bit erratic: GPSs seem to like two points, one 20ft SE of the other. I think the latter is in fact more accurate, seems to be where a GPS will eventually settle, and matches google mapping, so please subtract 0.003 from the N and add 0.005 to the E. (However, the FTF found it nearly dead on the original co-ordinates.) The hint is deliberately fairly specific for this reason.
