Geocache Description:

The girl scouts turns 100 years old this year! In honor of the centennial of this great organization along with the honor it is to supervise the construction of their new facility here, I've placed a park and grab cache nearby to get you all out to see the new Girl Scout Service Center.
The site backs up to the Ashley reservoir and nearby Bear hole watershed area. I've seen an American bald eagle fly overhead on three occasions , a local resident of the Ashley res.. Also a large flock of wild turkeys with three Toms strutting their stuff.
Access is Kelly Way , the second right off Bobala rd., across the street from the big green water tower.
Please view the site from Kelly way. It is a construction zone and a hard hat area till November 2012. Do not attempt to bushwhack over from the reservoir as there is an active rail line between the properties, along with briars, swamp, and lots of deer ticks.
Congrats to the Girl Scouts and the City Of Holyoke for this great accomplishment.
Congrats to Deerslayerme2 for a Friday the 13th FTF.
