This geocache is part of a series of nine caches designed to make an interesting 5km circular walk beginning and ending at Colwall railway station. The ascent is approx 200 metres (600 feet) – mostly at a modest gradient. The initial field is the steepest part of the walk. You will need a pen and tweezers for some of the caches. Others are large enough to hold trackables. Eight of the caches have been placed with the permission of the private landowner and one has been placed with permission from Malvern Hills Conservators. Some of the paths cross agricultural land – please keep dogs on leads, ensure gates are closed and respect notices about livestock grazing. All caches except one (see individual note) are on or very close to the path. From the last cache continue up the path. A small deviation leads to a suitable refreshment stop at the highest point of the walk. The cache is a small screw top tub. Please ensure that the tub is replaced securely wedged in its original location.
