Due to the proximity of the two buildings, your GPS will not point you directly at the cache. I have updated co-ords to get you closer. You need to use your geo-sence to find the cache. It survived the parkinglot repaving, and is very well camo'd. Is that a hint? I wonder.
If caching in winter, you will not need to bring a shovel and you will not need snowshoes to enter cache.
