Geocache Description:

The emphasis is on the puzzle. Someone will see the solution right away while others feel hopeless.
The location of final cache is no tourist attraction neither does it carry any cultural value.
The box is 9 from the bottom. Put it back to the same place.
After reconstruction there are 4 security cameras.
Keep in mind the "9 from bottom" and there should be no problem when behaving normally. The security camera tapes are usually reviewed when something bad happens.
