"MEGAcache Event".
Cosa ci sarà al MEGAcache Event?
Una buona dose di compagnia, fulcro fondamentale che renderà questa esperienza unica nel suo genere; poi ovviamente ci saranno le cache, impostate in un percorso di gara composto da ben 30 scatole distinte tra mistery, traditional e multi. Qualunque altra informazione rimarrà segreta fino all'inizio dell'evento.
PROGRAMMA
Sabato 19 Maggio 2012
-19:30 Il MEGAcache Event comincerà nel luogo indicato dalle coordinate del listing: lì ci ritroveremo e conosceremo tutti. La serata procederà con una buona pizza presso la pizzeria "Al Lago Verde". Inoltre sarà possibile scambiare i propri TB e Geocoin e approfondire le conoscenze. Terminata la cena vi consegneremo un fascicolo informativo riguardante lo svolgimento della giornata successiva e le istruzioni necessarie.
-22:00 Usciti dalla pizzeria avrà luogo una piccola caccia, giusto come assaggio per il giorno dopo. Al termine della ricerca ognuno si recherà al proprio alloggio.

PERNOTTAMENTO
Per coloro che giungeranno da lontano sarà possibile alloggiare nei numerosi albergi o Bed & Breakfast a Treviso o nelle vicinanze: consigliamo di sceglierne uno nella zona sud di treviso, che corrisponde ai vicinissimi paesi di Dosson, Casier, Preganziol.
REQUISITI
Per partecipare a questo evento sono necessarie poche cose ma essenziali:
- E' importante garantire la vostra presenza il prima possibile specificando il numero di persone ed eventuali preferenze sugli orari.
- Essendo un percorso di gara è OBBLIGATORIO svolgerlo con automobile, motocicletta o bicicletta. Se non sarà possibile per voi presentarvi con uno dei mezzi sopraelencati potrete organizzarvi collaborando con un altro team o affittare un veicolo, l'importante è essere tutti "sistemati".
- E' richiesto il pranzo al sacco per la giornata di domenica in quanto esso si svolgerà durante la competizione. VI CHIEDIAMO DI CONFERMARE PRIMA POSSIBILE LA VOSTRA PRESENZA CON UN "WILL ATTEND". PER QUALUNQUE INFORMAZIONE RIMANIAMO A DISPOSIZIONE, NON ESITATE A CONTATTARCI PER EVENTUALI CHIARIMENTI. IN CASO DI MALTEMPO L'EVENT SARA' RIMANDATO A DARA DA DESTINARSI.

What are you going to find at "MEGAcache Event"?
First, a really good company, which is the thing that will make this event a unique experience; then there will be, of course, caches: they will be setted on a race track based on 30 caches (traditional, mistery and multi). Any other information will be kept secret until the beginning of the event.
PROGRAMM
Saturday 19th May 2012
-19:30 The "MEGAcache Event" will start at the listing coordinates: we will meet there to know each other. Pizza Dinner at "Al Lago Verde". There will be the possibility to exchange TB and GC and also share experiences and opinions. During the dinner, we will give you a little book with informations and details for the day after.
-22:00 After dinner there will be a little night cache, an anticipation of the next day.
Sunday 20th May 2012
-08:00 We will meet at the given coordinates. We will give you additional informations and suggestions about the race that you are going to do.
-08:30 Start of the race.
STAYING IN TREVISO
For who is going to come from other cities it will be possible to stay in one of the many hotels or Bed&Breakfast in Treviso: we suggest to choose one in the center or in the south area of Treviso: in Dosson, Casier or Preganziol.
REQUIREMENTS
There are only a couple of things required for this event:
- It is extremely important to confirm your participation telling us how many people are going to come.
- As I said, there's going to be a race track and it is OBLIGATORY to do it with a car, a motorbike or a bike. If it won't be possible for you to do it, you can contact other players and share the car or you can look for a car/bike rental and rent what you prefer. It's important for us to know that each of you will be equipped with a vehicle.
- It is required that you provide food for lunch by yourself because the competition will last until afternoon. WE ASK YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR PARTICIPATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITH A "WILL ATTEND", LET US KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU ARE. FOR ANY INFORMATION OF ADDITIONAL DETAIL PLEASE CONTACT US. IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER THE EVENT WILL BE POSTPONED.
