I found this spot, located in a relatively secluded pet area, next to a hotel I've been staying at, and accessible through the Sunoco station. Best place to park is in the shopping center across the street. The GPSr signals were really flaky as I was snapping coordinates, and these were the best after comparing several sets of waypoint averaged numbers 
Cache is a camo'd mag key holder, located between 3 and 5 feet above the ground, and outside the hotel parking structure.
In keeping with the OVC (Ojai Valley Cachers)/gsmx2 tradition, I placed this cache after getting an FTF at the end of last month on "Room for one more" 
(GetA FTF, then SetA FTF opportunity for another cacher). Of course, this won't help the folks in SoCal, but it will help the cachers in Northern Virginia
