Inleiding
In de film Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain geeft Amélie de tuinkabouter van haar vader met een stewardess mee op reis. De kabouter bezoekt vervolgens verre oorden en de vader van Amélie wordt verrast door allerlei vakantiefoto’s van zijn kabouter. Uiteindelijk keert de kabouter weer veilig terug, maar de vader is inmiddels zó geïnspireerd door alle avonturen van de tuinkabouter dat hij besluit om zelf ook op wereldreis te gaan.
Opdracht (optioneel)
De tuinkabouter op het Utrechtse Jaagpad wil óók graag wat beleven, maar gaat daarvoor liever niet op reis. Zet hem daarom - als je dit wilt - op de foto met het geweldige uitzicht van dit stukje Utrechtse Jaagpad op de achtergrond: de bedrijvigheid van scheepswerf Stallinga, de bootjes en capriolen van de zeeverkenners, de schitterend kleine huisjes of bijvoorbeeld het geweldige uitzicht op de Zijl. Maak er wat moois, geks of grappigs van en inspireer! Plaats een foto bij je log.
De cache
Helaas zal het niet makkelijk zijn om op dit stukje Utrechtse Jaagpad ongemerkt te loggen. Aangeraden wordt om deze cache te zoeken tijdens schooluren of op andere tijden dat de buurtkinderen niet buiten zouden moeten zijn. Overdag is het bankje waarschijnlijk vrij en kan je daar bij het loggen lekker genieten van het uitzicht.
De cache is een plastic doos (425 ml) met daarin potlood, puntenslijper en logboekje.
Introduction
In the film Amélie Amélie lets a stewardess friend take her father’s garden gnome on a journey. The gnome visits faraway places and Amélie's father is surprised by all kinds of holiday pics sent by his gnome. Eventually the gnome returns home safely, but Amélie’s father is so inspired by all the adventures of his gnome that he then decides to go travelling around the world himself.
Mission (optional)
The garden gnome at the Utrechtse Jaagpad would also like to have adventures, but he wants to have them without going on a journey. Therefore, if you like, please take a picture of this gnome with the great view of this part of the Utrechtse Jaagpad in the background: the activities of shipyard Stallinga, the boats and the antics of the sea scouts, the pitoresk little houses or for instance the great view of the Zijl. Make a beautiful, crazy or funny pic and inspire! Place a pic with your log.
The cache
Unfortunately it will not be easy to log unnoticed at this part of the Utrechtse Jaagpad. It is recommended to go look for this cache during school hours or at other times that the neighbourhood kids shouldn’t be outside. In the daytime the bench will probably be available, so take a seat while you log and enjoy the view.
The cache is a plastic box (425 ml) containing a pencil, pencil sharpener and logbook.
