Geocache Description:

Yes, this is a NANO! ;)
My first hide is the same container as my first find, over 500 caches ago. So, thanks to ma7:7hew's What Were They Thinking?, here is a nano to welcome you to Elizabeth :)
Is it a boy or a girl is the ongoing discussion regarding the gender of the smallest figure on this artwork.
Please use the car park (additional waypoint) and be careful with children as the cache is close to Main North Rd.

6 years ago, Playford Council developed a Regional Centre signage strategy and decided to place entry to Playford - welcome to Elizabeth signs in the middle of Main North Road near Elizabeth City Centre.
Initially, Playford Council had planned to use the letter ‘E’ however as the cursive ‘e’ was already being used by the Elizabeth City Centre shopping precinct, the council decided to obtain some artwork instead. They searched and found Will Hendriks and subsequently he created these two art pieces.
These pieces are the first artwork purchased by Playford council in 50 years since ‘the tusks’, which now reside at Munno Para train station.
Installation of these artworks was delayed due to ‘red tape’ and eventually the art pieces were installed in 2011 but NOT in the middle of Main North Rd due to DTEI regulations.
The red frame around these artworks represents the harmony experienced despite the diverse regional areas of Playford council and also the building blocks of the families and the people who create this community.
The shapes of the human beings who represent the families and the people of Playford’s community are bright and stand united as you enter their world.
Fremont Park has car parks (additional waypoint), toilets, playgrounds and BBQs.
This park has held many birthday parties, get togethers and spur of the moment picnics and I hope that you enjoy the short walk past the duck pond to the cache.
