Many Regina Geocachers went to Vancouver Island's Cowichan Valley on July 7th, 2012. There was entertainment, fun and games, geocaching trails, local history & culture of the Cowichan Valley – all put together for your enjoyment by the geocachers of Vancouver Island!
WestCan is a Canadian legacy series of mega events to support rural economic development in Western Canada. Island Spirit 2012 is proud to carry the torch as WestCan2 following on the heels of the success of the Best of the Bad WestCan1 Mega Event, which was held in Three Hills, Alberta. Island Spirit 2012 (WestCan2) will be an Oceanic theme event - and will further build on the success of WestCan1.
