You are looking for a small camo spice bottle.

This is placed along a trail down from the "Powerline Traill Head Cache"

You can get there by taking NW 23rd ave west till it turns into a
dirt road and than park near the gate.

Coordinates were averaged over 200x.

Please replace as found.
