A hike through Asbury Woods
This one is located in Asbury Woods. I suggest parking near the Asbury Woods Nature Center located on the East side of Asbury Road. From there simply follow a trail (no bush-whacking please!) until you get close. The cache is just off the trail, no more than 15 ft.
The cash is near a vernal pool. A vernal pool, also called vernal ponds or ephemeral pools, are temporary pools of water. They are usually devoid of fish, and thus allow the safe development of native amphibian and insect species. It was partially dry when I placed it. If you want to learn more ask someone there. The container actually lives here!
Congrats to Burning Phoenix on a FTF! It's odd that we have 3 caches hidden so far and all ftfs are by them!...possibly geostalking us?
