This cache is located along the Roman Road spliting Broadstone and Corfe Mullen. The total walk will take you partly along the road past Upton Heath. Due to the road being unsuitable for motor vehicles and the need to be able to get around locked metal gates with little space around them, there is limited access for disabled people. However despite the metal gate and quite steep hills it is a pleasant walk.
You are looking for a small-medium sized camoflaged clip-lock box with room for a logbook and a few swaps, however please still bring your own writing impliment. There are a few small holly bushes around the cache area but it is possible it access the cache without pricking yourself. Please hide exactly where you found it.
The starting coordinates take you to the first of 4 clues and roadside parking. You should be able to see a signpost by the entrance to the Roman road footpath.
A=the number of words on the white sign (abriviations count as words).
Walk down the path for about 100 metres until you see the gates to a house on your right.
B=how many telegraph posts can you see opposite the gates?
Proceed a few hundred metres along the path until you see the heath on your right and two brown telegraph poles within 50 metres of each other. They both have a number and a letter 'A' in 2 circles nailed to each post.
C=what is the highest number in the circles of the 2 posts?
Carry on past the locked metal gate as mentioned above and keep walking until a railway bridge comes into view. After you walk under it, almost immediately after you walk through it you will see a wooden signpost on your left.
D=rounded down to the nearest whole number, how many miles away is Corfe Mullen from this point?
the cache is located at N 50° 45.2AB W002° 00.CD0
The checksum for the numbers you have to find is 16.
